F.A.Q.

Yes, you're welcome to bring your own birthday cake and cupcakes.

No, as we’re a kids cafe,we are responsible for the food safety of all children. In case that some
children might have allergies with special food, so we decided no outside food allowed. Please ask
our friendly staff if you have special reasons such as allergies or religion, we are always here to help.

A $400 deposit for Package A,or $600 deposit for Package B, or $800 deposit for private party
is required and the deposit is not refundable. Please also fill in our party information form and
send us screenshot of payment referencing your child's name and party date.

YES, younger sibling babies under 12 months are free of charge.

We have two big and beautiful party rooms and they are around 40m².

Yes, children must be supervised at all times at Playdates kids cafe.

Unfortunately, NO. For safety and insurance reason and shopping center management requirements, we could only allowed our contractors working in Playdates Kids Cafe at anytime.

For party rooms partys, you can’t extend party time. For private party you can extend 1 hour at
maximum. We charge $360 per 30 min on weekends, $180 per 30 min on weekdays.

Yes, while you have to tell our staff before your party and buy the entry ticket at counter, if you
haven’t told our staff before your party, you need to join the waiting list again for entry.
