• Non-slip socks must be worn at all times by children and adults for hygiene and safety purposes. 
• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Playdates does not accept any responsibility for the supervision of children.
• Outside food or drinks are not permitted except baby food and water bottles.
• Playdates Kids Cafe is covered by 24 hours surveillance cameras, but customers are still required to take care of your own belongings. We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to personal property during your visit.
• No running, pushing or rough play is permitted in the cafe. Unruly, offensive, rude and bullying language and behaviours are not tolerated.
• Strictly no food, drink or chewing gum in the play areas.
• Prams are only allowed inside for the children under 12 months.
• For children over 7 years old can only enter as playmates for siblings and only allowed to play gently with others together.
• For your own safety, please do not climb, stand, jump, or lean on the play area equipment if they are not designed to play in those ways. Please note that we are not responsible for any injuries arising from the inappropriate use of the equipment.
• For health and safety reasons, in the unlikely event of an accident or injury occurring, please immediately report the incident to a Playdates Play Coordinator.
• Upon leaving the premise please ensure that all Playdates property is left behind.
• Strictly no smoking or alcohol in the cafe.
• One adult ticket permits entry for one parent or guardian and cannot be swapped.
• If the overtime exceeds 15 minutes, our customers will be charged at the half-hourly rate for the additional time. Similarly, if the overtime exceeds 45 minutes, the customers will be charged at the hourly rate for the additional time.
• Customers who lost their Playdates wristband will need to pay the full day rate, so please make sure you get your wristband with the right time on it at all times. Playdates is not responsible for any lost wrist bands.
• By purchasing the tickets, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all the terms and conditions of Playdates.
• Playdates Kids Café reserves the right to provide explanations for all the rules.

Playdates Health Advice

• We ask that children who are unwell, or who have been unwell, refrain from visiting Playdates Kids Cafe for 48 hours.
• Please wash your hands before and after play. Instant hand sanitizer and hand wash are placed at the entrance and inside the cafe.
